The short version. Block Cascade is free to play, with a daily limit on new endless games. Pro removes the limits. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple ID settings, and Apple handles payments and refunds. Play fair on the leaderboards. The game is provided as it is, and nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Cihat Karaboğa, an independent developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye (“we”, “us”), for the Block Cascade app (“Block Cascade: Color Puzzle” on the App Store, shown as “Blockfall” on your home screen) and this website. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Block Cascade on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or redistribute the game, reverse engineer it (except where the law allows), or use it to build a competing product.
3. Free play and Pro
Free. Everyone can play 3 new endless games per day (resetting at midnight on your device), the daily challenge every day, and continue a saved game at any time, with 2 undos per game and 3 themes plus the ones you earn.
Pro gives you unlimited endless games, unlimited undos and all themes. Pro may be offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The options, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
Subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically at the same length and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from Manage Subscription in the game’s Settings. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, you’re charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- If a price changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent before you’re charged the new price.
Lifetime. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for as long as we offer Block Cascade on the App Store, on devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
Restoring. To get Pro on a new or reset device, tap Restore Purchases in the game’s Settings while signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you used to buy.
Refunds. All payments go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. This doesn’t affect any right to a refund you have under consumer law.
4. Themes and rewards
You can earn a theme for every 3 daily challenges you complete. Earned themes, medals, streaks and your personal best are saved on your device, have no cash value and can’t be exchanged or transferred. If you delete the app they may be lost. Themes that come with Pro return when you restore your purchase.
5. Leaderboards and fair play
Leaderboards are public. By playing, you agree that your leaderboard name, scores and highest combo can be shown to other players, as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree not to:
- cheat, use modified versions of the game, bots or scripts, or exploit bugs to post scores;
- interfere with, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the game, its servers or other players’ data;
- use the game in any way that breaks the law.
We may remove scores that look fraudulent and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
6. Updates and availability
We keep improving the game, so features, pieces, scoring, themes and limits may change. Some updates are delivered automatically in the background to fix bugs. We try to keep online features such as leaderboards running, but can’t promise they’ll always be available or error-free. If we ever stop offering Block Cascade, we’ll give reasonable notice in the game or on this website where we can.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its design, artwork, music, sound effects, code and name belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights to them other than the licence in section 2.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, Block Cascade is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t promise that the game will be uninterrupted or free of bugs, or that saved progress on your device can’t be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, progress or scores. Our total liability to you for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop playing and delete the app at any time; to also delete your data, see the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9 and 12 continue to apply after these terms end.
11. App Store terms
If you downloaded Block Cascade from Apple’s App Store:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the game and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the game. For support, contact us (see section 13).
- If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the game, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- If a third party claims that the game or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the game, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and on your acceptance Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
Where these terms don’t cover something, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We’ll change the date at the top, and if a change significantly affects you we’ll give reasonable notice. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
